Understand the Auction Process
Place Your Bid
A bid is your offer for a vehicle. Remember, each new bid must be higher than the current one and follow our bidding increments.
Reserve Price
This is the seller's minimum acceptable price. If bids don't meet the reserve, the car won't be sold.
No Reserve Auctions
No Reserve Auctions: Spot a 'No Reserve' tag? That means the highest bid wins, no matter what.
Selling Status
A 'Selling' tag indicates the reserve has been met, and the highest bid at auction's end will secure the vehicle.
Auction Sniping
Sniping is bidding in the auction's final moments. We have measures in place to keep the playing field fair for everyone.
The Thrill of Victory
Winning the Auction
If you're the top bidder when the auction closes, and the reserve is met – congratulations, the vehicle is yours!
If You Don't Win
Not the highest bidder, or the reserve wasn't met? There's always another exciting auction waiting for you on Carhuna.
