The Trackhawk was announced to critical acclaim at the 2017 New York International Auto Show, revealed alongside the Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT. And whilst the SRT is no slouch in its own right with 470hbp produced from a 6.4-litre V8, the Trackhawk introduced a whole different ball-game to the fast SUV market segment.
Powered by a 6.2-litre supercharged V8 'Hellcat' engine also found in the Charger And Challenger Hellcat, meaning that the whole family can be transported from 0-62mph in 3.5 seconds time thanks to an output of 707 bhp. The trio of Hellcat cars held the record for the most powerful American production cars ever and shattered every record for production cars at the drag strip.
The statistics are eye-wateringly impressive, even more so when this is rated on the USA's lower-grade fuel. At the time of release the Trackhawk was the most powerful SUV to ever have been produced with statistics that match that of a Ferrari 458 Italia, albeit with the creature comforts and ease of use of any other Jeep. The engineers have clearly spent a considerable amount of time on the chassis of the Trackhawk to be able to consistently withstand the torque and velocity that is on offer, so much so that unlike other manufacturers, the warranty is not invalidated if you decide to use the launch control system. Furthermore the brutish Jeep is still able to tow over 3 tonnes on UK roads, all whilst offering over 800 litres of luggage capacity.
And whilst other manufacturers have offered high-performance SUVs, there has never been anything before or after the Trackhawk that is simply on the same level. A truly one off moment of madness that may never be repeated with this much charisma, character and brutishness. It’s a bonafide modern classic and one that will benefit and compliment any modern classic collection.
Supplied new to the UK market and believed to be just 1 of 20 allocated right hand drive examples, this particular Trackhawk was first registered on 31/10/2019. Its current and fourth owner acquired the car from the Car Specialists in February of 2021 at 2496 miles.
The cars exterior presents in exemplary condition as to be expected with a vehicle of this age and low-mileage. There is one small chip on the passenger door. All four 20-inch alloys present in remarkable condition and can be viewed in the photo section.
The interior presents almost as new with no wear or tear to any of the seats. As to be expected with a top of the range model, this Trackhawk comes fully loaded with auto-park, lane-assist as well as heated and cooled seats. All switches and electronics work as they should and the Harmon Kardon sound system is crystal clear. The mats in the car are Grand Cherokee branded, and there are Trackhawk branded mats that are supplied with the car and are unused.
The car was then sent to Jeep main dealer Motorvogue Bedord for a full health check and service at 2992 miles.
In April 2022 an annual service was carried out at Motorvogue Bedford consisting of a vehicle health check and oil change at 4375 miles as per manufacturer specification.
In February 2023 an annual service was carried out at Motorvogue Bedford at 6362 miles consisting of a vehicle health check, oil change as well as manufacturer recall work carried out free of charge.

The last MoT was carried out in October 2023 at 7,799 miles and resulted in a first time pass with no advisories. The previous, and first, MoT was carried out in October 2022 at 5,920 miles and also resulted in a first time pass with no advisories.
